1. cleanse your skin: Start with clean, dry skin to ensure optimal absorption. Wash your face and any other areas where you want to apply the sunscreen.
2. shake well: Shake the bottle well to mix the formula thoroughly.
3. spread the sunscreen: Apply a generous amount of the liquid sunscreen to your fingertips. A nickel-sized amount should be sufficient for your face.
4. apply evenly: Gently spread the sunscreen over your face, neck and any other exposed areas of skin. Ensure even coverage by massaging it in until it is completely absorbed.
5. allow to work in: Leave the sunscreen on for a few minutes before applying make-up or other skincare products.
6. reapply regularly: Reapply every two hours for continuous protection or more frequently when swimming or sweating.
7. don't forget: cover frequently overlooked areas such as ears, neck and back of feet.
