The aloe vera plant

Barbadensis-Miller, reaches a height of 60-90 cm, almost everything on it is leaves. The plant owes its cactus-like appearance to its dry habitat. It owes its outstanding ability to survive dry and hot periods over a long period of time and then blossom in all its freshness from the power of the nutrients it has collected to its ability to produce its own nutrients and store water. The plant develops the important total content of nutrients and the maturity of a leaf after 3-5 years. Inside the leaves, the aloe vera plant stores over 160 different valuable ingredients. These include vitamins, minerals, enzymes, mono- and polysaccharides, essential fatty acids and much more.

Consumption recommendation:
Shake before use. Once opened, store the bottle in the refrigerator and use within one month.

It is recommended to drink 2 tablespoons (approx. 30 ml) 1-2 times a day undiluted or with fruit juice or mineral water.

Avoid coffee and black tea in direct combination with aloe vera juice.
